Well, what came first was the chicken's predecessor, which was a subtle change in the egg, which happened over time. In the end, it was th animal that was first, which laid the first egg, et cetera, but well.
The first fully grown evolved chicken must have come from a new kind of egg. I guess.

I think Mezkiel is confused whether chicken or egg...actually my personal answer to the question is egg...idk but i feel egg came out here on our world first....besides Cows_Go_Moo is right..its poo poo on chicken and on egg is a chicks....xD^_^

Now, each of the three friends gets a dollar back, thus they each paid $9 for the room which is a total of $27 for the night. The waiter took $2 and $27 + $2 = $29.

As far as I can tell you are adding what the three people ended up paying (27 dollars) and what the waiter kept (2 dollars). So what 1 dollar are you talking about?
