New Class: Toymaker

Hey everyone, me and my friend Nate have been working on a new holiday class idea.
It isn't finished yet, criticism is always welcome and suggestions even more. I want it to be balanced, but still fun to fight with. Also, it isn't my goal to get this class in-game, it was purely made for fun, but it would be fun ofcourse if the class would make it to AQW. ;P
Here it goes:


Auto Attack
Rank Needed: 1
Mana Cost: 0 Mana
Cooldown: 2 Seconds
Description: A rapid attack studied only by a reclusive few.

Fast Delivery
Rank Needed: 1
Mana Cost: 10 Mana
Cooldown: 5 Seconds
Description: Stackable, deals 150% Weapon Damage and restores some mana for the dealt damage.

Wrench of Joy
Rank Needed: 2
Mana Cost: 20 Mana
Cooldown: 30 seconds
Description: Uses up your stacked Fast Delivery and deals 250% Weapon Damage, but the user cannot regenerate mana for 6 seconds.

Mistletoe Fever
Rank Needed: 3
Mana Cost: 15 Mana
Cooldown: 10 seconds
Description: Infects the target with a mistletoe, causing a DoT for 8 seconds based on your DPS.

OverWorked
Rank Needed: 4
Type: Passive
Description: Outgoing damage increased by 15%.

Holiday Magic
Rank Needed: 4
Type: Passive
Description: Endurance increased by 10%.

Hearthside Warmth
Rank Needed: 5
Mana Cost: 30 Mana
Cooldown: 60 Seconds
Description: Incoming damage reduced by 50%, outgoing damage increased by 15% and critical hit chance increased by 5%. Lasts for 20 seconds.

Nice job at the recoloring! Really, i almost didn't recognize the armor.

15 seconds no mana is a LOT of time tho. Maybe a bit less mana blocking time?

I think its really good but it lacks connectivity,
What i mean is can you make it so that the class effects work more together?
i.e. Viper kiss and opportunitys strike or cross cut and shadow burn?

I'd use it, then sell it, then find out it's ridiculously good, have to wait a WHOLE NOTHER YEAR to get it, and by the time that happens, I'd already be like, meh f*ck it.
