Nope. Touhou is a game series. But it has got tons and tons of fan animations, including some fans having put together an anime to make out of it.

What system is touhou on?

Computers.

It doesn't run properly on macs, though - just like everything else.

People love it for the challenging gameplay, the music, or what fans made out of it - a story of a little paradise. ^^
