The stuff you mentioned is less y direction of anime, but i would suggest either suggest
a) Samurai Champloo
or
b) Touhou Anime project (in the making) or basically every touhou fanmade anime stuff, becaaause THIS is just touhou fan made stuff:
the original isn't an anime, but as you can see, fans can put quite some things together that is quite good.
