I know most of you know how to take a screenshot on your PC/Mac, but for those of you don't, here's a little tutorial.
For PCs
There should be a key that says Print Screen or Prt Scr, it's located above the Insert/Home/PageUp/Delete/End/PageDown keys. If you hit that when you want to, an automatic screenshot of your entire computer screen is taken.
Then go on Paint, (99% of Windows PCs come installed with paint), and Paste. (ctrl+v or edit>paste). The screenie gets pasted onto paint, and from there you can edit, crop, resize, and do whatever you like to it. If you save the file to your desktop or your documents or wherever, you can set it as your forum avatar, or profile pic, or whatever.s
For Macs
If you're using a Mac, then this site will tell you all about screenie-ing.
